1. Crispy Airfryer Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  2. Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Place the tenders in the Airfryer basket in a single layer and spray with cooking spray.
  4. Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!

Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into thin fries
